MY WELLNESS PROTOCOL
Many people have called and written asking what my personal protocol is to combat what is going around the planet these days. As I am writing this, I am sitting on my couch battling the intensity of this crazy virus and just finished "doctoring" my husband and boys through it.
First, I want to say, I am not afraid, but I am armed! I believe with all my heart, God has given us everything we need to combat this this and there is no power in fear. The media and powers that be would like to see us afraid, but "God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind". He wants us to be wise and look at the whole thing and make decisions to take care of the temple he gave us!
As with any medicine or protocol, either allopathic or holistic, there is no full proof solution. We are all subject to viruses and illness. When we get sick, we naturally build our immune system to fight further outbreaks. However, this does not mean we need to stay sick or get sick as often. We have the power to get our bodies into a place of homeostasis where it can naturally ward off most viruses and diseases.
Your best defense is a healthy diet consisting of whole, nutrient dense foods and clean, mineral rich (spring) water. Stay away from white sugar and processed food! Include good, healthy fats in your diet and grass fed proteins! I highly recommend homemade organic bone broth and/or bone broth soup. On top of these necessities, there are some things I do to stay above the wellness line and ways to treat my body when I fall below that line (usually due to my own neglect).
After much research and collaboration with other health practitioners, naturopath doctors, nurses and scientists in the field, I have put together my own protocol. Use it as a guide, do your own research and come up with your own plan. This is not intended as a recommendation or prescription, simply what we have found useful!
*Note - We do not recommend obtaining supplements via the internet or stores like Rite Aid and Walmart etc. There is no regulation on labeling so it is impossible to know what is in your product. Have your product of choice checked by a trusted practitioner or purchase directly from a health practitioner that adhears to the wholefood, organic belief.
Vitamin D3 w vitamin K (5,000 to 10,000 IU's or 125 - 250 mcgs) daily
Vitamin C (from whole foods not isolates)
Zinc (from whole foods not isolates)
NAC (600 mg daily) - protects against spike proteins as well as it's other benefits
Vitacare by New Human - protects against spike proteins as well as it's other benefits
Ningxia 2 to 4 ounces daily (by Young Living)
*I also use several essential oils on a daily basis. A few include Gary's Light, Pine, White Angelica, Northern Lights Black Spruce, and Thieves. These help to keep my immune system at it's best!
If symptoms occur:
Vitamin D3 (w vit k) 10,000 to 20,000 IUs
Vitamin C to bowel tolerance
Thieves oil, cough drops and spray as needed.
Whole food Zinc up to 50 mg 2 times a day
Virex (by Nutriwest) and Colloidal Silver 10 drops every waking hour.
Vitacare- a full dropper 3 times daily
Immupro by Young Living (ingredients include Rishi mushroom and melatonin)
Quercetin 200 mg 2 to 3 times daily
NAC 600 mg twice a day
Inner Defense 4 to 6 capsules daily
Ningxia Red about 2 oz. with 10 drops grapefruit seed extract 3 times a day Honestly, sometimes I drank as much as 8 oz daily.
*For muscle pain I personally used: Frankincense, cedarwood, pine, deep relief, copaiba, and Northern Lights Black Spruce applied topically.
Essential Oil Usage:
*For respiratory support I used: Ravintsara, manuka, cedarwood, applied to chest and back.
*Immune support and general help, I use: Egyptian gold, lemon, thieves, pine, lemongrass, cassia.
*I pretty much lather on any oil I have handy. You can also ingest the Young Living vitality oils in capsules or a drop in tea or water. I ingest oils daily. My capsules while ill had 4 to 5 drops each of thieves, oregano, frankincense and lemongrass.
I used Raindrop treatments throughout to build immune system and help rid the body of toxins.

For immunocompromised patients or the elderly obtaining and using ivermectin as soon as symptoms start has shown staggering benefits! Recommended dose is 24 mg a day for 5 days.
