Follow Up Spectravision Scan
Service Description
After your initial appointment, we recommend scheduling your follow-up visit approximately four to six weeks later. During your follow-up, we will review your progress, discuss your response to the recommendations provided, and determine whether any adjustments to your personalized wellness plan are needed. For in-office follow-up appointments, a new SpectraVision scan will be performed and reviewed during your visit. For remote follow-up appointments, your SpectraVision scan results will be emailed to you prior to your scheduled consultation so they can be reviewed together during your appointment. Follow-up appointments are available only to active clients. Clients who have been inactive for more than nine months will be required to schedule a new initial consultation. (Suggested balancing botanicals and whole food supplements are additional per appointment.) We also offer virtual Visits.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments booked online will be confirmed via email and/or text. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. Payment: Payment is required at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Full session fees will apply.
